Rev. Brook Batchelor | Rector and Senior Pastor
Rev. Brook Batchelor accepted the call as the Rector of All Souls in January 2013. Brook, his wife Dawn, and their daughters Elisabeth, Leah and Hope, live in the Mandarin area. rector@allsoulsjax.org
Rev. Larry O’Connell | Assisting Priest
Rev. Larry O'Connell lives in the Lakewood area with his wife Claire. He is the clergy-in-charge of the All Souls Pastoral team. He and Claire have two children, Christopher and Karen. Larry has been on staff since January 2003. leoclo29@bellsouth.net
Rev. Dorie Head | Vocational Deacon
Rev. Dorie Head and her husband Ted live in the Mandarin area. They have been active members of All Souls since its founding in 1979. Prior to becoming a vocational deacon, Dorie and Ted led our worship team. They have three children, Jesse, David and Aaron, and three grandchildren.
Rev. Whitey Haugan | Rector Emeritus
Rev. Whitey Haugan was the founding Rector of All Souls Church in January 1979. He currently lives in the Southside area with his wife Mary. They have three children; Kenneth, Lance and Kristin, and one granddaughter.
Rev. Christoper Jones
Rev. Jones has been a Priest in the Gulf Atlantic Diocese for years and he joined the staff of All Souls in January 2024 to guide the Youth program along with managing the Next Generation program for the Diocese.
