The Rev. Larry O’Connell | Assisting Priest
Rev. Larry O'Connell lives in the Mandarin area in Jacksonville with his wife Liza. He is the clergy-in-charge of the All Souls Pastoral team. Larry has been on staff since January 2003. leoclo29@bellsouth.net
Henry Glover | Parish Administrator
Henry Glover is a native of Florida. He and his wife Evelyn live in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville. They have been members of All Souls since 1981. Henry began his service at All Souls on January 1, 2003. Admin@allsoulsjax.org
Rhonda Thompson | Office Admin and Communications
Rhonda lives in the Mandarin area and has been serving at All Souls in this position since 2023.
Noemi Wright | Nursery and Children's Director
Noemi lives in St. Johns with her husband Jonathan. She has been in service to All Souls since 2023.
The Rev. Christopher Jones | Next Gen & Youth Director
Rev. Jones has been a Priest in the Gulf Atlantic Diocese for years and he joined the staff of All Souls in January 2024 to guide the Youth program along with managing the Next Generation program for the Diocese.
The Rev. Dorie Head | Vocational Deacon
Rev. Dorie Head and her husband Ted live in the Mandarin area. They have been active members of All Souls since its founding in 1979. Prior to becoming a vocational deacon, Dorie and Ted led our worship team. They have three children, Jesse, David and Aaron, and three grandchildren.

Rev. Charles Bailey is one of our Pastoral Clergy. Charles and his wife Sharon live in Saint Johns County just south of Jacksonvile.
